How Do You Track Completed vs. Incomplete Inspections?

I am looking for ways to track completed and incomplete inspections for specific templates.

We would like to receive a daily email at the end of each shift summarizing the total number of completed and incomplete inspections for specific templates. Even better, receiving an email that lists all inspections conducted, categorized by completed and incomplete, would also be helpful.

Is this something that can be achieved with SC? Is there a similar solution available? How do you currently track completed and incomplete inspections, or do you have any suggestions that could assist us?

Hey @Annagiusti8!Great question!Currently, we don’t expose the number of completed versus incomplete inspections within the platform, but this is something we’re actively working towards. It sounds like you might be looking for a way to track and receive a digest of all inspections, including ad-hoc or non-scheduled ones… While there is some progress in digest notifications for scheduled inspections, expanding this to cover specific templates and ad-hoc inspectionsisn’t something we haveyet explored but I have raised this with our team internally to consider.In the meantime, if you’re primarily looking to track completed and incomplete inspections around specific templates, leveraging Scheduling could be a great way to ensure you’re notified and can stay on top of things - is this something you are using or have used in the past?That said, are you mostly focused on tracking scheduled inspections, or is there a specific need to track ad-hoc inspections as well? This would help us better understand how you envision tracking these in your workflow.
