Has anyone successfully automated the follow-up actions after completing an inspection?

We're currently using SafetyCulture as our primary inspections tool, but we still have to manually transfer actions into another system in order to raise jobs and manage tasks. We're exploring ways to automate this process and would really value any insights or examples from others who may have already done this.
