Hello everyone

I am struggling to find specific resources in the help centre that focus just Training. All the videos and articles i’ve looked at (and i’ve been busy!) focus on helping admins with set up, explaining how it works etc. but nothing i can download and convert into a user guide for my frontline staff on how to use and navigate the platform.

For context, our Operations teams are using the App for inspections etc., i am mainly concerned with the LMS portion of the App and creating learning experiences for my teams.

Of course i will have demo sessions and specific training sessions with managers, and i have created log in guides, support guides etc.

Can someone please point me to a video or article i can use that focus on just training and navigating the platform for frontline workers?

I will definitely use the 2 courses, and appreciate that you would look into a downloadable PDF for “user guide” purposes.

I am in South Africa, working in the restaurant industry and not all our employees are as computer literate as we would like them to be, so a manual of some kind to get into the App and navigate it would be tremendously helpful, especially for our BOH guys.
