I recently added a full license so that my drivers can do a pallet walker inspection daily in Safety Culture.

 

This is the only inspection they will do but there are 8 drivers.

 

My question is on device limits. It appears that I can only have three devices logged in at a time.

 

Does this mean all 8 can use the same license to do these daily inspections but not be logged in at the same time?

 

If not am I able to up the amount of devices for a fee?

 

It is not worth over $1 a day for them to do this single inspection in Safety Culture so will likely drop the license if we can’t find a work around.

Yes, only 3 devices logged in at the same time but there is also another thing to be aware of - only 3 devices can be linked to the account at one time. That means in order for your other drivers to do their checks once the first 3 have finished theirs, either they use the same device or the devices used first will have to be removed from the account by admin. Hope that makes sense! For your situation this would be a bit of a pain to do unless you have an admin on hand to immediately do this. I think your best bet would be to contact Safety Culture directly to see what they can do for you
