Hi @Hoji Jung very sorry this was late life has been quite hectic! 

Yeah so some examples I can think of would be measuring items or areas in terms of how risky they are. Something like “this is urgent” or “low priority but needs to be checked within xxx”.

Having a feature like that would be beneficial since we can spot things before it gets dangerous

You could perhaps try out using actions and assign different priorities and due dates? It will be awesome we can configure the priority based due dates, so we don’t have to manually update them accordingly.

Hi

You could also use notifications in the template via logic to escalate the observation depending on the response. 

I found this really useful when investigating accidents so depending on the severity of the injury I could notify the relevant person within the business
