The scheduled maintenance will commence on April 1st 2026 from 11am AEST. Billing Setting services will be restored by no later than April 4th 2026.<br></p><p><strong>Q: What features will be affected during the maintenance?</strong></p><p>A: The following features within your <strong>Billing Settings</strong> will be unavailable:</p><ul><li><p>Viewing invoices and payment history;.</p></li><li><p>Updating or adding new payment methods;</p></li><li><p>Managing or changing your subscription plan (including adding or removing seats or cancelling)</p></li><li><p>Ability to add new users, if you do not have sufficient available seats</p></li></ul><p><strong>Q: Will this maintenance affect my service usage?</strong></p><p>A: No. This maintenance only relates to the <em>Billing Settings</em> section of the platform. Planned maintenance will not impact other product services.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Q: Can I still be billed during the maintenance window?</strong></p><p>A: Yes, if a scheduled payment is due, it will be processed securely as normal.
