Was wondering if possible or what else everyone is doing when it comes to test and tagging in batches? We have over 700 items that need to be test and tagged every 3-6 months and it's time consuming having to do them one by one in individual reports.

Would be nice to have a form, add all the assets and the test and tag report applies to everything in there.

I am trying to build a power automate flow to change the ownership of assessments submitted from the original submitted to one main owner. Have any of you built a power automate flow for that? I'm having some trouble understanding if I have the flow built correctly. I'm very new to Power Automate so exact point by point instructions would be extremely helpful!!

What's new:

It would be really helpful if we could produce a QR code to cover hazard, near miss and incident reporting.

I have created inspection templates and in the settings have toggled off the option to create an action (screenshot below). However, inspections are still being completed with the users creating actions.

The problem is that it they do not have the authority to create actions. And in creating actions they are assuming a problem has been reported and then wonder why the problem wasn't fixed when they "reported" it as an action.

Is there another setting where I can turn off this option. Happy for it to be for all inspection templates.
