What's new:

• Negative scoring support: Analytics now accepts and displays inspection scores below 0%, so you can track penalty-style results and avoid masked failures.
• Accurate visuals and KPIs: Charts and KPI ranges now represent negative values, letting you set underperforming thresholds and see real averages, not flattened zeros.
• Compatibility guidance: Chart types that can't show negatives, like Pie and Dial, show clear messages so your dashboards remain accurate.

We've released this now — it's available immediately in the web app for Premium and Enterprise customers with the appropriate Analytics permissions; check your dashboards and KPIs to view negative scores and get a clearer view of team performance.

What's new:

• Role-based layouts: Admins can assign navigation layouts to permission sets (one layout per permission set, max 10) so users see the tools most relevant to their role, making the interface more intuitive and less cluttered.
• Create and manage layouts: In organization-managed navigation, admins can create and edit layouts to put the right features front and center for each team.
• Duplicate layouts: Duplicate layouts to streamline setup, reuse configurations, and make adjustments without starting from scratch.

What's new:

We've been reading through everything and have updated the FAQ section to address the most common questions we've seen come through. Q: What is happening?

A: We are conducting planned system maintenance on our billing infrastructure to improve our billing capability and user experience.

Q: When is the maintenance scheduled?

A: Billing admins on the account will receive communications outlining the specified maintenance period. The scheduled maintenance will commence on April 1st 2026 from 11am AEST. Billing Setting services will be restored by no later than April 4th 2026.

Q: What features will be affected during the maintenance?

A: The following features within your Billing Settings will be unavailable:

• Viewing invoices and payment history;.

• Updating or adding new payment methods;

• Managing or changing your subscription plan (including adding or removing seats or cancelling)

• Ability to add new users, if you do not have sufficient available seats

Q: Will this maintenance affect my service usage?

A: No. This maintenance only relates to the Billing Settings section of the platform. Planned maintenance will not impact other product services. 

Q: Can I still be billed during the maintenance window?

A: Yes, if a scheduled payment is due, it will be processed securely as normal. The maintenance only affects the settings where you view or manage your billing information.

Q: What should I do if I need urgent assistance with my billing?

A: If you have an urgent billing question or need to make a change before or during the maintenance window, please contact our support team immediately at support@safetyculture.com.

Q: Will I be notified when the maintenance is complete?

A: The in-app notifications will be removed as soon as the maintenance is successfully completed and Billing Settings are back online. We’re aiming to complete this work as quickly as possible.
