Been posted before but wanted to resurrect a massive and vital missing piece of the Sc jigsaw.
This relates to People from outside the Org being able to sign a special response set area - where it is an inspection etc that is audited , reviewed or validated by a third party that can be at the inspection but more often that not they are remote.
We do hundreds of QA inspection that require sign off from main contractors.
A special signatory feature or similar would be the icing on the cake.

Defo needs to be in the plan as this is a link to external persons and orgs and provides evidence of collaboration at all levels of the business.
It is also essential for accreditations and the Supply Chain.
We have now been asked about this with regards to someone outside the business that can sign face to face or external remotely.
This is part of our push to apply a more flexible way to prove we are applying and have the evidence as part of the golden thread for Building Regs ref Grenfell Report released on 4th September.
So this is now a little more urgent and I feel overdue so that we can really interact with our supply chain.
It will also len itself to the timeline currently vin place for Documents and Contractor as we can fully link up with Supply Chain Partners.
Even where they can inspect or validate our assets use on their premises.
