If you click the + sign on the top header above the first question in the template editor, you can then choose “score.” That shows the score column for each question based on the response set. if you want to weight a whole section, you can weight each question in that section by changing the current max score to something else (such as 1 or 2).  Then when you click in the score box, it’ll show examples of what the weight does (like Yes = 1*2 = 2, No = 0*2 = 0).
