We have user profiles of internal and external personnel.

Is it possible or a good suggestion to be able to link a document (early release) to a user's profile based on the role of the user.

We have defined roles and responsibilities etc for roles.

We would like to link this to the actual current document for that role.

Then if we have 20 people that undertake the same role then this links to their role and saves time such as adding in credentials???
