Currently, when my team uses the lone worker app's panic button to report a near miss or incident, they aren't prompted to provide any details.

 

Shouldn't this trigger a form to capture incident specifics, allowing management to properly address and action them?

Hey Harry, 

Thanks for this suggestion. We are intending to build this integration with other areas of the platform, and will look to start work soon - it’s validating to hear from customers that this is desirable.

In the meantime, I would suggest creating either an issue category for a Near Miss or Incident, or alternatively, an Inspection.

Hi Nick, that would be great thank you. At the moment it requires us to follow up and quiz the operative for more information about the near miss/incident that occurred. If the app asked for a reason and the option to upload media this would allow us to investigate and action the incident for a smoother process.
