Is it just me or had anyone else found SC has started to buffer recently?
I have a fast broadband connection which is fine for everything else except for when I am logged into SC via a web browser.

Actually it seems to of. That’s great. It has been doing it for two or three weeks and really slows everything down.

Hi Team,
I have been having issues with buffering & lagging in Safety Culture when completing inspections via an IPad.
i don’t have any issues when using the app on my phone or accessing via desktop.
I have tried clearing the cache, deleting the app & reinstalling. My device has the latest IOS update.
i would really appreciate a solution as it has become quite frustrating trying to complete inspections on my phone.

I too have similar issues when on Desktop portal.
Not all the time but a certain times of day - generally in the afternoons (UK) i try to add questions in templates or even typing in comments on inspections etc. and there appears to be a huge lag… then the screen freezes… eventually leading to having to shut down and repeat all i’ve done.
It is a pain to be fair.
Broadband fine with no issues so not that.

Strangely my reply above took 10 minutes due to - you guessed it - buffering and freezing up
