Has anyone had consistent Sync Failures with Apple Ipad’s ?

I have a number of ipads that will fail to sync templates only as during a manual sync, trying to see if its an Ipad Version this or something else ?

I’ve tried all the online help steps, log out log in etc .

Yes, I have had this issue before. Only way I got around it was to uninstall the app and reinstall it which seemed to sort everything out


Thanks ​@Benj we did try this a number of times and could not get it to sync.
