Yes. If an issue is submitted using the QR code method then the section asking for the name and contact details is not required so the person raising the issue can remain anonymous. The issue says ‘a contributor’ if this is left blank. If raising an issue using an account, free or paid, the contact details are auto populated so you can’t remain anonymous that way
